SALADS:

Our lettuces (lollo rosa, romaine, green ice, red rapid, frillise and iceburg ) come from HYDROPONIC FARMS in Tagaytay and Silang, Cavite. THESE LETTUCES DO NOT TOUCH THE GROUND AND ARE FREE FROM PESTICIDES AND SOIL SEDIMENTS.

Prepared early morning, Goolai Salads taste clean, crisp and crunchy. Our generous toppings and dressings vary everyday, such as cranberry, strawberry, balsamic, basic, poppyseed, mango vinaigrette, Caesar's salad, honey mustard, creamy onion, creamy garlic parmesan, tex mex and ranch dressing, and raspberry, honey lime, Italian, avocado dressing and many other popular recipes.

BOTTLED DRESSINGS:

The coup de gras of our menu are our home-made dressings. Upon the prompting of our customers, we now sell our dressings in 350 ml. 500 ml. bottles.

SANDWICHES:

To complete our fare, we have added sandwiches to our menu. These sandwiches are just as tasty, healthy and filling as our salads.

Some of these sandwiches are:
Roast beef with onion garlic mayo, cheese and cucumber in whole wheat bread; Assorted tea sandwich in whole wheat bread with cheese pimiento, egg salad, ceram cheese with strawberry jam;
Tuna with apples and walnuts in whole wheat bread;
German meatloaf with honey, Dijon mayo, egg and tomato in whole wheat bread;
Shrimp salad salandwich with alfalfa sprouts in shole what bread

Our Customers

We serve Goolai salads and sandwiches for lunch in food grade plastic lunch boxes to employees and executives of corporations with a minimum order of P300 per building per given day. At present, we service Makati, Ortigas, Eastwood and Greenhills.

We also sell Goolai Salads in Rustan's supermarkets.
